Stolen Dues & Interference

Monday, Sep. 9, 2024. The 21 Air Pilot's Association, Inc. (TAPA) filed charges against 21 Air, LLC and certain pilots posing as union representatives to cease and desist in-house illegal union activities in Miami-Dade County Court. This includes collecting union Dues and Agency Shop fees from 21 Air's pilots.

TAPA, Inc. impostures itself as a non-profit Florida Corporation that has negotiated and signed agreements with 21 Air's management without the legal consent of the National Mediation Board (NMB). See case # 2024-174395-CC-05
